Acceptable Use Policy

The rules for using Flowsolve responsibly — including strict limits to protect employees and minors.
1. General
Use Flowsolve lawfully and only for personal time and workflow self-reflection. Don't misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or use it to infringe others' rights.
2. No employee surveillance
Employers must not upload or enter an employee's time data without that employee's informed consent. Flowsolve is for an individual's own reflection, not for monitoring staff.
3. No performance or employment decisions
You must not use Flowsolve output to evaluate performance, or to make hiring, promotion, discipline, or termination decisions about any person. Reports are not designed or validated for those purposes.
4. Minors
Don't use Flowsolve to run an independent workflow diagnosis of a minor working alone. Study-planning use for a minor is allowed only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Serious or illegal misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
