3. How and why we use it

We use your data to provide the service, generate your reports, process payments, provide support, send service messages, and improve the product.

4. Sharing & sub-processors

We share data only with service providers who help us run Flowsolve, under contract: Stripe (payments), our cloud hosting and database provider, email delivery, and analytics. Each acts on our instructions.

5. International transfers

Your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. For EU/UK transfers we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

For New Zealand users (Privacy Act 2020, IPP 12): some recipients are overseas and may not be subject to privacy protections comparable to the New Zealand Privacy Act. By using the service you acknowledge this overseas disclosure.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. CCPA/CPRA residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of "sale"/"sharing" (we do not sell or share your personal information).

To exercise any right, email support@solutionsgoup.com or use our Contact page. We respond within the timeframes required by law (GDPR: one month; CCPA: 45 days). You can also complain to your local regulator, including the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
