Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellation works and when refunds apply. Short version: cancel anytime, keep access to the end of the period, no refunds for partial periods except where the law requires.
1. Billing model
Paid plans are billed in advance in US dollars on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until cancelled.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account (Stripe customer portal) — no email or phone call required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
3. Refunds
Because subscriptions are paid in advance, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or for report allowances you did not use, except where required by applicable law (for example, certain consumer rights in the EU/UK and statutory guarantees in New Zealand).
If you were charged in error, or believe there is a genuine billing problem, contact us and we will make it right.
To request a refund where you are eligible, email support@solutionsgoup.com from the address on your subscription. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If you don't recognise a charge, please contact us before opening a card dispute — we can usually resolve billing issues faster. If a dispute or chargeback is raised, we may share transaction and access records with the payment provider to help resolve it.
4. Free plan
The Notice plan is free and includes one draft report per month. No payment is taken, so no refund applies.
