How we protect your account and the time-audit data you share with Flowsolve.
1. Protecting your data
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. Traffic is encrypted in transit with HTTPS/TLS, and data is encrypted at rest by our cloud infrastructure provider. Access to production systems is limited to authorised personnel.
2. Payments
Payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card number on our own servers.
3. Data retention & deletion
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your data, except where retention is legally required. See our Privacy Policy for how to make a request.
4. Your part & reporting issues
Use a strong, unique password and keep your login secure. If you discover a security issue, please report it responsibly to support@solutionsgoup.com and we will investigate promptly.
